Appointments
Please call us at (585) 383-4420 for details about scheduling your appointment. If, for any reason, you cannot keep a scheduled appointment or will be delayed, please call us at least 48 hours in advance as someone else may greatly appreciate being seen in your place.
New Patients
To prepare for your first visit, please take the time to familiarize yourself with our practice. You will find our mission is for our patients to feel they are an active participant in their care. We will take the time to listen to your concerns and answer your questions to ensure you understand both your skin conditions, and your treatment plan.
Our dedicated team of medical professionals try to address all your skin concerns during your appointment. To keep the providers on schedule, we kindly ask you complete your forms prior to your appointment. If you are unable to do so, we ask you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment to complete the appropriate forms.

No-Show Policy
A fee will be charged if an appointment is no-showed. If there is multiple no-showed appointments it could results in discharge from the practice.
Insurance
We accept most traditional insurance plans. Please contact your insurance carrier to verify the acceptance of your plan with your scheduled provider. Qualifications for insurance coverage may differ due to the uniqueness of each procedure.
Our office does not accept Workers Comp claims.
Payment Options
We accept cash, check and most major credit cards. We also offer a flexible payment plan. Please contact our Billing department for further details.
