Directions

Linden Oaks Drive is located off Route 441 just east of Exit 23 of Route 490.

Coming from the East

Take Rt. 441 west toward Rochester past Linden Ave. There is a red light at Linden Oaks Drive. Make a LEFT to go up the hill and 220 will be on the LEFT. If you cross Rt. 490 you have gone too far on Rt. 441.

Note: From Rt. 490, turn right on Linden Oaks Drive. We are not located in the Linden Medical Center.

Coming from the West

Follow Rt. 441 (Elmwood Avenue) east toward Penfield and after crossing Rt. 490 and passing Kirk Dr., turn RIGHT on Linden Oaks Drive into Linden Oaks Office Park and 220 will be up the hill on the left. There is a light at the intersection at which you will see signs for Linden Medical Center on your left and Linden Oaks Office Park on your right.

Coming from Rt. 490

Take Exit 23 and follow the directions as coming from the West.
